Omoni Oboli is a Nigerian actress, director, scriptwriter, and producer. Recently, she has been jokingly referring to her friends on her social media page as “useless,” calling some of them out, and sarcastically pointing out how there has not been any exciting news of pregnancies, engagements, or weddings from any of her friends.
She called out Tara Durotoye, Owen Omogiafo, and other people who, according to her, identify themselves as her friends while throwing subtle shades at them in jest and asking whether none of them can just get pregnant.
However, her main squad and colleagues from the Nollywood industry were not left out from the list. She called out Uche Jumbo, Ufuoma McDermott, and Chioma Akpotha.
Omoni Oboli wrote: “My friends are uséless. No pregnancies, no engagements, no weddings.. gosh nothing.”
