Africa’s most treasured treasure is food. Each part of Africa is proud to have a distinct food culture. There are special dishes that attract international attention in every country on the continent. Here are some superfoods with high nutritional content. These superfoods are great for anyone, regardless of where they live.

Teff

Ethiopia and Eritrea both grow teff which is a fine grain that’s rich in nutrients. Teff is rich in calcium, iron, and protein. It is also high in vitamin C.
